In my session the other day, with Nordic parliamentarians, we had a special focus on the transport sector, where emission curves are still far from going down. Negotiations are too general but in many side-events electric vehicles, bio fuels, attractive public transport and change of travel behaviour are more visible.
When demands for emission reductions in the Paris agreement enters into force in 2020, I hope the Nordic countries can become a world exhibition of smart solutions needed already today. “
