By collecting and analysing real-time behavioural and cognitive interaction data during team-based energy scenario tasks, SynDiv identifies how diverse viewpoints influence decision-making. In doing so, it establishes a quantifiable foundation for inclusive policy design that empowers equality throughout the Nordic energy value chain—from research to end-use. This approach is crucial for retaining under-represented women in Nordic energy sector and building a sustainable, inclusive energy future.
On 12 August at 09.00, the winner of this year’s Nordic Energy Challenge will be presented at Arendalsuka, the Norwegian democracy festival. During Nordic Energy Research’s event Likestilling i energisektoren. Innovasjon for en inkluderende energiframtid – Arendalsuka, there will be an award ceremony announcing first, second, and third place.
