With a background in sustainable regional development, innovation, and Nordic collaboration, Ingrid focuses on strengthening international cooperation within the energy transition sector. As Senior Adviser at Nordic Energy Research, she works with strategic Nordic and European initiatives, including the CETPartnership.
Her work centres on building collaborations across countries and sectors to support the energy transition through research funding and project development.
Prior to joining Nordic Energy Research, Ingrid worked as a research adviser at the University of Oslo, where she developed grant applications for the Research Council of Norway and the EU. She also worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Nordregio contributing to projects on regional development, circular economy, and innovation systems.
Ingrid holds a PhD in Social and Economic Geography from Lund University and a Master’s degree in Sociology from NTNU. She speaks Norwegian, English, and French fluently.
