A study on Complementarities and Gaps between National H2-FC RD&D Programmes and Analysis of New Opportunities

The overall aim of this report is to investigate the common strategic issues related to the hydrogen and full cell “community” in EU. The report has its main focus on archiving greater coordination and cooperation within hydrogen and fuel RD&D.
