The Key Recommendations provide a simple overview of a complex problem – and how to solve it: The aspects that must be addresed by policy, to achieve carbon neutral Baltics and Nordics.
The central message is a stepwise roadmap and a call for stronger collaboration in the region. We need to act fast and by combining our efforts, we can be much more effective in finding solutions than if acting alone.
