Research project contract
This is a detailed contract (Funding Agreement) for Nordic Energy Research and the Project Owner. The contract is to be signed by the Nordic Energy Director and the project Administrator at the Project Owner.
In addition, a Consortium Agreement regulating the rights and obligations of the various institutions involved in the project shall be made between the Project Partners.
Standard Terms & Conditions
The standard terms and conditions are applicable to project contracts entered into by Nordic Energy Research. If terms and conditions are changed all projects will be directly notified of this and the latest document will be posted online.
Payment Scheme
For each call Nordic Energy Research will draw up a payment scheme in order to facilitate the economic aspects of the project.
Reporting guidelines
All projects that receive financing from Nordic Energy Research are obligated to deliver a number of project reports in accordance with the call and contract terms.
