The project is a study of an electrolysis plant for hydrogen production from green surplus electricity. The electrolysis plant is described in detail, and its operation in an isolated power grid is investigated.
By examining the use of hydrogen production from the electrolysis plant, the project explores how apt these products are in the transport sector and other sectors in the immediate area. The study forms a basis for direct initiation of one or more concrete projects in suitable Nordic locations, with the participation of relevant actors in the Nordic research and business environment.

Project results
Explore the six areas of priority for future Nordic cross-sectoral collaboration for a green transition of the transport sector. The recommendations are based on input from experts on green transport and mobility, who gathered to share innovative results and solutions at the Nordic Green Transport Forum in 2024.
