Evaluation of options to enhance the Nordic cooperation in the field of solid biomass for energy purposes

The objective of the study is to analyse if there are possibilities to strengthen the Nordic cooperation between Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark in the field of solid biomass for energy purposes and, if so, to identify key areas and forms of cooperation. Additionally, strategic issues have been suggested on a Nordic level, which can be used by AGFE in the following years’ work programme. The solid biomass assortments in the scope of the study include woody biomass (forestry biomass, industrial by-products, pellets and woody energy crops) and agricultural biomass (straw)
