Our flagship project is now in its last period. While some of the work packages have finished their work, others are busy completing their final deliverables. This Newsletter gives you the latest update on progress made in 2019. You can read it by clicking here. The core activities of this project are laboratory and demonstration-scale testing of the Chemical Looping Combustion process. To complement this, our researchers are active in informing wider audiences of their results and their relevance to combating global warming. In addition, Work Package 7 has identified a site in Lahti for retrofitting an existing facility with a CLC process solution. A technical-economic analysis of this project is in progress in WP7. They plan to publish their results in 2020.
