On Energy Outlook 2011, participants from the Nordic energy agencies, together with industry players, research institutions and other actors from the Nordic countries will gather in one of northern Europe‘s largest energy conferences.

Energy and climate issues do not stop at national borders. This is why the Energy Agency starts a new annual conference with national and international approach. The conference is aimed at companies, government agencies, research institutes and associations in the energy industry and to researchers and students at universities and colleges.

– Sustainable Energy Systems is an international concern and we want Energy Outlook 2011 to make it easier for operators to exchange experiences and coop-erate across borders” says Anna Fridén, CIO at the Energy Agency.
The director of Nordic Energy Research, Anne Cathrine Gjærde, will participate in the final panel discussion in order to provide a Nordic perspective on future energy systems.
