The focus of the conference is technology, systems and businesses of electric commercial vehicles, especially electric buses. We offer international networking, information exchange and reviewing recent scientific results, practical experiences and strategic plans in these emerging technologies and businesses. The programme is composed of invited speeches and papers from technical review of the ECV network. We hope to create an open exchange and a marketplace for discussions. The target audience of the event is cities, transport authorities, vehicle operators, equipment and vehicle manufacturers, service providers as well as research and academia. Organised by VTT and sponsored by Nordic Energy Research, Tekes and Finpro.

The Nordic Electric Bus Initiatives 2 runs from May 11th at 13:00 until May 12th at 16:30.

One registration covers combined access and participation in both events. The attendance capacity is limited to 200 persons; therefore your registration is valid only after you have received a confirmation of the enrolment.

Side event and market dialogue: “pitching”

We welcome additional contributions and presentations! During the event, VTT is offering the possibility for service and technology provides to book a time to additional “side pitching session” that are held parallel to the main event. The purpose of the pitching sessions is to present the developed products and services related to electric buses and systems, commercial vehicles, working machines, such as electric bus system design and optimisation, charging equipment technologies and charging services. The pitching sessions are commercial in nature and stimulate industry market dialogue. This is also an opportunity to test the market pull of the products and services as well as an opportunity to develop and refine them. The time and place of the pitching sessions will be announced later.
